Prof. Kwok W. Cheung, IEEE Fellow, KC-Exousia Consulting, USA

Dr. Cheung has over thirty years of experiences in the electric power industry and he has authored and authored over 100 published papers and three book chapters.

Kwok received his Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY in 1991, his M.S. from University of Texas at Arlington, in 1988, and B.S. from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 1986, all in Electrical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer of the State of Washington, and a certified Project Management Professional of PMI. Dr. Cheung is a Fellow of IEEE.

Dr. Kwok W. Cheung is currently the Director of Market Management Solutions at GE Digital. Before then, he was the R&D Director at Alstom Grid responsible for managing research programs and driving business, technology and innovation initiatives related to operational efficiency, system reliability and resilience of future grid solutions. In the past, he had also held various management and technical lead positions responsible for the design and implementation of many leading energy and transmission markets worldwide.
